This notice is the data processing policy of the operator (hereinafter: Operator) of the corvinapartyservice.hu website (hereinafter: Website). It contains the basic information on the handling, processing and recording of the personal data of Website visitors (hereinafter: User), as well as the related rights of Users and the ways to enforce them.

The data processing policy complies with the laws on data processing. It was drawn up taking into account the provisions of the following laws:

3. Legal basis, scope, purpose and duration of data processing

3.1. Legal basis of data processing

The voluntary consent of users pursuant to Section 5 of Act CXII of 2011 on the right of informational self-determination and on freedom of information.

3.2. Scope of the data processed

The User does not need to provide any data in order to use the Website.

While the Website is used, the IP address of the User's computer, the start and end time of the visit and, in some cases, depending on the settings of the User's computer, the type of browser and operating system are recorded. These data are logged automatically by the system. The Operator does not link the data in the log file with any other personal data. The Operator uses these data solely for the development of the website.

In the message field on the Website, the Operator allows the User to send a message regarding the Website, its content or the services provided. When sending a message, the User must provide their name and e-mail address.

By sending the message, the User voluntarily consents to the processing of their data.

To make identification and further visits easier, the Website may place cookies on the device the User uses for browsing, provided that the User expressly approves this when first entering the Website. Cookies are placed on the User's own browsing device, so the User has full control over them. If the User wishes to change their cookie settings for the Website or delete the cookies, they can do so in the settings of the browser used to access the web.

3.3. Purpose of data processing

The Operator uses and processes the data provided by the User solely in order to provide a higher level of service to Users, primarily in the following areas:

• to answer questions asked on the Website and, if necessary, to clarify them later
• to develop the content and services of the Website
• to further optimize the Website so that it can be tailored even better to the needs of Users

The Operator does not use the data for purposes other than those indicated above. Personal data are transferred to third parties only with the prior and informed consent of the user. This does not apply to any data transfers required by law.

3.4. Duration of data processing

The Operator is entitled to process the data voluntarily provided by the User until the User exercises the option to have the data deleted.

4. Data security measures

The Operator stores the data in Hungary, on dedicated, guarded servers installed in the server room of Rackhost Zrt.

This Website has an https certificate, ensuring that messages sent by the User through the site cannot be intercepted.

5. Amendment of the data processing policy

The Operator reserves the right to amend this Privacy Notice. The Operator publishes the Privacy Notice in force at any given time on the Website. The User is obliged to check the Website from time to time to make sure they are aware of any changes.

6. Rights of the data subject

The User may request information on the processing of their data and may request the rectification or deletion of their personal data using the contact details of the Data Controller. The Operator carries out the rectification or deletion within 5 working days of receipt.

The User may object to the processing of their personal data in the cases specified in the relevant laws.
